I think he meant it like he wrote.
In the instructions is written that the competition starts at 00:00 GMT and ends 23:59 GMT. But on the webpage there is only 00:00 and 23:59 without time zone. Organizers probably meant CET time zone on the page. So this is the best solution of this problem
Start at 0:00 CET (Friday 23:00 GMT) - it's better with 1 hour sooner because 24:00 GMT is 01:00 CET
End at 24:00 GMT (Monday 1:00 CET) - it's also better because there is 1 hour more
The whole contest will be open for 49 hours as I can see
As I know players the are not very familiar with time zones
