I've made a puzzle that uses sensors to count the number of even digits that it sees (including itself), a kings move away AND in it's own 3x3 box ONLY. I'd love for people to have a go and tell me what they think

In an earlier attempt I had a white kropki in the top left that stopped that being a problem... After testing I REMOVED IT thinking it wasn't needed (oops). 

I have added it back and I THINK the problem is fixed. Link to that is below if you'd like to take a look:
