An idea came to my mind earlier this day. We used to have puzzle weekends in Germany, but in the last years not anymore and we are all (or at least almost all) at home and have little to do.
I have been trying to continue my classes (college and evening high school) with conference software (BigBlueButton, GNU license) for a week and that works quite well, with a current version on a powerful server it would probably work really well.
Why don't we do a kind of puzzle weekend with it? You can chat, even see each other with webcams, have a text chat, show documents (for lectures), share parts of the screen or open individual rooms (team rounds). Together with the contest engine, that's all we need.
What do you think about the idea? It's at least better than singing the European anthem at the window ...
And if it is just a day instead of a weekend, it is at least something.
