Gebietssummen: Indeed, it is similar to KenKen with addition only. I am not sure about exact KenKen rules, please note that digits may repeat in the given regions.
To my knowledge, Gebietssummen ("Area sums") are older than KenKen, so KenKen is a generalization of Gebietssummen, not the other way round.

Masyu: Squares not used by the loop, row by row.
For this example, the solution code would be 23211.
