A very clear and well-formulated argument from Hausigel. I hope we can finally put this issue to rest and stop making one solver the source of so much misery. I am sure they are laughing about how much space they are occupying in the minds of sudoku creators. It seems that the best way to discourage this (undeniably annoying) behavior is to ignore it and keep posting your very best puzzles here. Since we are all equally 'victimized' by this skoundrel, it will all come out equal in the end.
