It occurs to me that you might enjoy ‘Top Heavy Parity Sudoku’ as well. Wherever two digits of the same Parity are vertically adjacent, the upper digit is larger than the lower one. This was used in the German Sudoku Championship 2022

In 2023 I published 5 sudoku puzzles with the "mountain" rule. Most were hybrids with other rules, but these 2 just used the mountain rule:

Currently I have a small stock (up to SVS #438) and was just about to check this forum post once more to add ideas to my list for the variants after that.
