Wie kamen denn die Nachkommastellen bei den Punkten zusammen?

"A bonus of 15 points for each full minute remaining will apply to any competitor who correctly solves every puzzle in a round. At the judge’s discretion, 0.75×bonus will be awarded in the case of a single minor mistake on no more than 1 puzzle, except in round 3 where a 0.75×bonus will be awarded in the case of a single minor mistake on no more than 2 puzzles, as judged by the tournament director. For the avoidance of doubt, an example of a minor mistake is a single pencilmark that has not been clearly written in as a solution digit, no more than two digits or cells that have been swapped, or a single incorrect or missing line in an otherwise-complete and correct puzzle."

I heard it's most likely in Plovdiv in september.

WSC/WPC 2015 will take place either in Plovdiv (6.-13.9.) or in Albena (26.9.-4.10.). It will be a decision by the Bulgarian organisation team. Favorite of the GA was Plovdiv.
