This is really impressing, Robert. Your riddles are always very challenging.
Also all of the punktchen sudokus are handcrafted and hand-tested. I shouldn't know of a computer program to create or test such puzzles. My only help is an empty sheet of MS Excel. That's easy to use as a landscape sheet of paper. Using different colors in cells or font colors can help temporary to keep on track.
The same goes for ABC'tjes, pentomino-puzzles and route-puzzles. The most important thing about designing puzzles is: have an idea and work it out.
