It seems to me I have the reasonable explanation now:
The wording of last year was: "-You can pass through the vertices more than once except the finishing vertex B."
So you could think, that it's legal to pass through B once and to stop at B visiting it next time.
The current wording: "-You can visit the vertices more than once except the finishing vertex B."
excludes this possibility.
