I also don't like this action from Michael. To handle people with such a "Duenne Haut" takes an enormous amount of effort to make sure that you don't write anything that might be (remotely) perceived as offensive to them, even if your usual attitude is to respect people.

Michael ,although it is your prerogative to remove puzzles, I would suggest that you get a thicker skin. That would be easier both for you and for us.
