As puzzle author, I can look behind the screens.
So far, the number of German participants is not sky high yet. (Although it is higher than the number of Dutch participants. )

I want to encourage all portal visitors to take part in the test. It runs till tomorrow evening.

Es lohnt sich wirklich, mitzumachen, es sind wunderschöne Rätsel!!

Ich hab mich recht blöd angestellt, aber das lag nur an meinen persönlichen Denkfehlern. "Berni, lohnt es sich, das Rätsel zum fünften Mal neu anzufangen??"

Das stimmt. Ich kann es auch nur empfehlen. Auch wenn ich mich an einem Rätsel festgebissen habe und dafür immer noch keine eindeutige Lösung habe... Ich suche noch.

Ich schließe mich den Aussagen von Silke und Jörg gerne an.

Es hat viel Spaß gemacht, trotz der eigenen Denkblockaden unterwegs. Ich bin unvorbereitet in den Wettkampf gegangen und hab einfach genommen, was kam. Aufgrund der Übungsrätsel im Portal ging das erstaunlich gut. Danke deshalb auch für die Übungsrätsel.

In the end 19 players from Germany took part in the test. This is more than average, so I am very happy about it.

Hideaki Jo (deu) from Japan has won the test. He managed to solve all puzzles in just under 100 minutes. A great job! Also Palmer Mebane and Ulrich Voigt solved all puzzles within two hours.

Of course the puzzles are still available on the website of LMI, so if you want to try them on your own pace: feel free to download them. In general, they are a bit easier than the puzzles of the same type in the portal. They need to be, otherwise they can't be solved that fast!
