Verifying Email (Verifizierte E-Mailadresse)

I'm not getting a verification email for my account. I've clicked the box to send the email a few different times on two different emails, but I never received it. It's not in the spam folder either. I've looked all over to see if there is any explanation or advice, but I haven't seen anything. My friend had the same problem.

I wasn't sure who to contact, I emailed the members support (Mitgliederbetreuung) a month ago with no response. After looking into it a little more, maybe that is just for the paid members of e.V.? Its not clear to me who I should email. Should I email webteam or kontact? Google AI mentions emailing the board (Vorstand) for verification problems, but that seems too far up for something so simple.

Any advice would be appreciated!

Edit: I was able to verify! My email has the form "Tea.StarLove@xxxx.com." I deleted the "." in my name, and resubmitted "TeaStarLove@xxxx.com" and got the verification email immediately. If others are having problems, they might try this! (its also just as probable the magic of asking made it work.)

first of all, I am sorry that you are having those problems. I hope that they can be resolved soon.

The best address for this problem (and generally for any kind of technical problems) is webteam@logic-masters.de.
Both vorstand@ and kontakt@ would work as well, but only because we would internally redirect this mail to the webteam.

However, I'm actually not sure whether mitgliederbetreuung@ is still in use at all. We will figure this out and potentially update the website.

Let me know when you've contacted webteam@, but haven't got a reply for a few days.
