Correct, it should have been 4, 4, 5, 6, 6. I copy&pasted this from the regular Lookouts in round 5 and forgot to change the text.

Correct. For the next version of the booklet, a sentence "Tetrominoes can be rotated but not reflected" will be added. Also, the example will be fixed.
