And my language knowledge of Finnish(?) is really bad, so I do not understand the error message.

Is that the finnish qualifier? I don't understand a word, but it seems to be 90% standards, so I'm fine with that.

The error message is Turkish, not Finnish

Link works but you can use the links under "original language" button.
Competition will be held 16:00 GMT, puzzle file include 14 puzzle types, mostly classical types. Password will be appear at thecontest time and you can send your answers until 18:00 GMT.

Sorry, i dont know why appear Sm Page in Turkish with giving link. Because in my pc appeared page is in English. Sorry for this.

Your link is fine, we see it in english like you. Only the errormessage which appears if you click on further links is in turkish, because you used the turkish Google-page.
Anyway, thanks for the link, I just realized, that this competition is today
