No. See the introduction of this round: "The loop may cross itself (unless this is prohibited by a special rule for an individual grid), but not in cells with circles." RE: WPC: Round 13 Teams - Loopfinder - Schachus - 22.09.2019 question about the scoring: I count 64 Rules (8 puzzles with 8 Rules each) and 8 Puzzles, so up to 40*64+8*90= 3280 points for partial solutions, while a full solution gives 3000. That doesnt seem quite right. Does it mean that you get 40 Points for identifying a rule only after you know BOTH puzzles using that rule? In that case partial credit would add up to 2000, which seems more sensible.
