But if a number belongs to the Anglers part, the line starting in that number must enter the grid in the first cell, which must belong to the Anglers part then. If it weren't too late (the instruction booklets are already being printed), I would change the example by moving the 2 in the second column from the top to the bottom. According to this, in 3.5 puzzle Dominoes + Slitherlink can the loop surround domino cells if they are placed along the edge of the grid? I think what you describe is not possible, because (quoting from the instructions) the loop cannot use edges that do not border any Slitherlink cell.
