If puzzles are handed back because of a mistake, will teams be told which puzzle(s) have errors?
(This should probably be stated explicitly in the rules; also that errors won't be pointed out, both here and for the individual playoffs.)

Judges won't tell in which puzzle(s) the mistake(s) is/are. In none of the playoffs.
We will add a small sentence in the IB.

I have a question about ranking system of the team playoffs.
If team X (1st in the preliminary rounds) finishes in 55 minutes, team Y (2nd in the preliminary rounds) finishes in 45 minutes, and other two teams does not finish (and therefore the playoffs are aborted), which team will be the winner?
