RE: Naoki-Projekt - CHalb - 24.08.2010

Can anybody please tell me, what the original meaning of "Renban" is? Searching with Google I came to http://www.wikiled.com/japaneseromajikanji-simplechinese-renban-Default.aspx and http://www.wikiled.com/japaneseromajikanji-german-renban-Default.aspx. But I do not think that "serial number" is an appropriate translation.

"Ren" means "in a row" as far a I know (like in San-Ren-Sei a Go term, which means three in a row) "Ban" is probably "digit" but I don't know that for sure.

»Renban« is Romanji for »連番プレース« which translates to "sequential number place" or "consecutive number place".

RE: Naoki-Projekt - Franjo - 25.08.2010

I wonder whether Naoki Inaba is identical with "GESAKU", inventor of BAGGU, COUNTRY ROAD, HAKYUU and other famous "Nikoli"-Puzzles.

http://blog.goo.ne.jp/_gesaku_/

In diesem Blog werden zwei neue Rätselarten vorgestellt:

Toichika:

BTW: Franjo = FJH?
