Although it''s obvious from looking at the solution, it isn't mentioned in the text that the example for the Hungarian Tapa uses only numbers 1-4.
As I am trying to solve the examples without looking, I briefly wondered if the "each number exactly once" rule didn't apply.

Yes, in general I haven't written when the example uses a smaller set of numbers. Maybe I should have.

Yes, I realized by now that all examples are handled that way. The World Cup Round was just the first I looked at, wondering if I had a realistic chance at making it to the second round.
